My son had his party here in September. It was a complete shambles. The staff weren't expecting us. We had to keep asking when things would happen. The young girl left a huge sharp knife where children could reach. The manageress has no people skills what so ever. Upon leaving we also realised we'd been overcharged. I have also visited on a weekday with my younger children and also found it disorganised, with a lack of staff.

The place was lovely a long while ago. Now unfortunately it really isn't a particularly clean place, the staff are beyond shocking with no manners, no service skills and no respect for the place they work. It's got a nice little play area but these things really need addressing.

Wow I can't believe when I visited on 03/01/15 how utterly disgusting the place was, such a shame as on previous visits 12 months ago it wasn't like this.! The whole place looked a mess and DIRTY..!! There was food dropped all over the floor in eating areas, chairs and tables scattered everywhere and the bins sooooo filthy looked like it had never been wiped.!! And no staff with any enthusiasm to clean it.!!
The 2 YOUNG girls that was working didn't look a day over 17 and didn't seam to have clue. ( maybe it's not their fault as they shouldn't be ruining a play centre going by their age and experience.)
The toilets very dirty and one was filled with used loo paper and had no flush as it was broken, I went to desk to report it and got a blank expression! At that point I asked to speak to the manager, who I was told if I wanted to see him I'd have to go downstairs! (Understood he was busy), but surly he shouldn't having the responsibility for running so much as it's obliviously not working!
However I did on the way out find him and tell him what a disgusting place it had become, reported the broken filthy toilets and messy eating areas.! Even in fast food places the tables are wiped and chairs ect re arranged.! The menus were sticky with food ect ( just to name another thing) he told me they are short staffed, he had just sent up another member of staff, and the place will be back to normal in 5 minutes.! I'm sure it's going to take a lot longer than that. !!!
I really hope in writing this review, that something will be done to save this lovely place and get it back to its full potential..!! Get someone working in there that can manage a team well coz it needs it.!!!!!

I took my grandchildren to krazy club this afternoon and was disgusted with the filthy hole I had paid money to enter. All the tables were cluttered with dirty cups plates etc and in the 2 hours I was there nobody had cleared or wiped tables. There were coloured balls scattered all over the building and parents walking around with hot cups of Costa coffee purchased from the machine, kids not looking where they are running (you wouldn't expect them to). For this reason should carers be walking around with hot drinks? The staff were sitting on the counter chatting and looking at their phones. I commented to one of the staff that the tables looked filthy and asked them for a black bin liner so I could remove rubbish from the tables but they wouldn't let me. I commented on the safety issues and shared my concerns but they just said they were short staffed. The staff they had there had no motivation to keep the place tidy. This place is disgusting. It has so much potential and is such a shame. Management take not of all these bad reviews and do something.

Kids love it, but they don't care about other things than fun. I visited today. It's dirty and smelly place. My daughter picked up from the floor dirty, awful plaster. I ordered a bowl of chips and I had to wait more than an hour to get it. The staff (young people) was painting the wall behind the counter, what was ridiculous. The guy was standing on the chair, which was on the counter, trying to reach the ceiling. Thankfully, father of one kid, told him to get down. How Great a Health and Safety policy, this place has... who is responsible for this place?
A filthy dangerous place

I visited this week with my daughter and it was horrible and filthy.
One member of staff looking after the whole place and she spent the whole time behind the counter eating and using her phone.
There is an unsupervised bouncy castle which is an accident waiting to happen. Thankfully my daughter as not interested. She spent more time trying to play with the coffee machine which was the reason we left in the end as I was afraid she'd burn herself.
I don't know how this place could get away this this level of filth and poor safety. Avoid at all costs!
